Tahini Maple Granola

Servings: 12

This balanced granola has sweet, salty, and nutty elements that make it addicting on it’s own or a perfect pair with yogurt, oatmeal, or my personal favorite – an acai bowl.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 320F. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Heat wet ingredients in a small pot over low heat, stirring occasionally until homogenous (about 5 min).

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined.

  5. Distribute in an even layer on the two baking sheets, pressing into a firm layer with the back of a spatula.

  6. Bake 30-35 min until golden brown, rotating halfway through. Do not stir if you want clusters of granola.

  7. Let cool for at least an hour undisturbed to let the crispy clusters form.
