Heat silken tofu in microwave for 30 seconds to warm if not at room temperature. Microwave chocolate in 30 seconds increments, stirring between heating until melted.

Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides.

Pour mixture into small containers, top with shaved chocolate if desired, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Best if eaten within 4 days!
