1 egg white

3 oz amaretto (6 tbsp)

1.5 oz bourbon (3 tbsp (I like Four Roses))

0.5 oz simple syrup (1 tbsp (or 0.5 tbsp granulated sugar))

2 oz lemon juice (4 tbsp)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake briefly.
Add ice and shake for additional 20 seconds. Strain into a glass and enjoy!
