Sausage and Pesto Gnocchi

In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown sausage and break into bite-sized pieces.

While the sausage is browning, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi accordingly to instructions.Â

Once sausage is browned, add tomatoes, gnocchi, baby spinach, and 1/4 cup pasta water. Cover and let spinach wilt for 1-2 minutes.
