Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Preheat oven to 425F and prepare a muffin tray with liners or grease with oil.

Microwave butter until melted then add bananas and mash. Add sugar and pumpkin. Stir well.

Add egg and vanilla to wet ingredients.

Add pumpkin spice, cinnamon, flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon batter evenly into muffin tin.

Bake at 425F for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350F and bake for an additional 15-16 minutes.

Remove and let cool in muffin tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack. Enjoy the delicious muffins!
