Nothing beats a fresh homemade roll straight from the oven to go with dinner or by itself as a snack! These come together very quickly and reliable come out perfectly.
Pinch off pieces of the dough and form 20-24rolls. You can weigh them to keep the rolls close to the same size. Mine were about 2 ounces each but this will vary depending on how much flour you added. I first figured out the weight of the dough and divided by 20 to make the as uniform as possible.
